Seniors Stretch and Balance

Our popular Strength & Balance class, for Seniors runs each Friday. The class teaches proven exercises to increase your strength, balance, core stability and overall physical capability. If you need a chair four this class, they will be available – this class is for any senior wanting to build or improve on their current balance and strength. It is ideal for helping with everyday activities. Please call us on 9922 4428 to book. We’d love to hear from you. A very big thank you to North Sydney Council for contributing to the cost of this course.

Ideally the class is for the 60+ age range, who need to concentrate on strength and balance. We have chairs available should these be needed for those who are beginners or need to build up core strength.

This class has been subsided by North Sydney Council

Time: 2pm – 3pm and 3pm – 4pm
